Faye Dunaway is the ORIGINAL Bonnie, from Bonnie and Clyde. When asked how she felt about Hilary Duff reprising her role, Faye stated,
“Couldn’t they at least cast a real actress?”
Ouch!! I’m surprised it took as long as it did for Hilary Duff to come out swinging. Hilary has retaliated, telling E!,
“I think that my fans that are going to go see the movie don’t even know who she is, so you know…. I think it was a little unnecessary but I might be mad if I looked like that now too.”
Oh Boy!! Something tells me this is going to go another round. Faye Dunaway is a screen legend. Do you think Hilary should have made a comment about Faye’s looks or would she have been better off just ignoring her??
