After yesterday’s performance at the Superbowl, who wouldn’t want to tour with Jennifer Hudson.
Jamie Foxx has revealed the pair may do a series of concerts together. He told ET Online:
“She’s doing well. She says she wants to get back into the flow of things. Hopefully we will go out on tour together and, you know, heal the world with our music.”
Jennifer sang the National Anthem at the Superbowl, which is watched by millions all over the world, she was given a standing ovation for the performance.
Rickey Minor, who worked with Jennifer on “American Idol” and booked her for the Super Bowl, said:
“She came off stage and said, ‘How did I do?’ I told her, ‘Touchdown!’”
Ricky Minor is the person who insisted that both Jennifer and Faith Hill, who performed “America the Beautiful” before Jennifer, sing to prerecorded tracks. The NFL requires them to submit the tracks a week before the game.
“
That’s the right way to do it,” Rick told the Associated Press. “There’s too many variables to go live. I would never recommend any artist go live, because the slightest glitch would devastate the performance.”
What do you think – is it a big deal that their performances weren’t live??
