The self proclaimed King of Pop, Michael Jackson, is being sued by Raymone Bain for $44 million. Raymone Bain, former publicist and manager of Michael’s business company, filed the suit in a court in Washington D.C., alleging the Pop Star failed to honor the financial terms of their contract. Raymone represented Michael during his famous 2005 trial and acquittal on child sex abuse charges.
In a statement released to RadarOnline.com, Bain says, “It is with deep regret that I find myself at this place, having to file a lawsuit against my longtime employer, and someone whom I have greatly admired and respected, Michael Jackson.
“Mr. Jackson and I have had a long, productive and mutually beneficial business relationship. Unfortunately, Mr. Jackson has elected not to honour the financial obligations of our contractual relationship, despite my numerous attempts to amicably resolve this matter. I am sincerely disappointed in Mr. Jackson’s failure to honour his obligations.”
Raymone is the lastest of Michael’s former advisors, friends and business associates to file suit against him for not upholding his end of contract agreements. Most of the cases have been settled out of court.
