Matthew McConaughey and his girlfriend, Camila Alves showed their support for bff, Lance Armstrong by attending the Livestrong party in Paris last week following the end of the Tour de France.
The Livestrong charity encourages people to develop and maintain self-advocacy skills while living with cancer:
