Matthew Bomer and Timothy Robert DeKay were at City Hall in lower Manhattan, filming a scene for the new series White Collar.  The USA Network crime comedy-drama  premiered in October 2009 and was a huge hit.  White Collar was renewed for a second season which will begin airing this summer. 

White Collar chronicles the partnership between Matthew Bomer who plays a conman-turned-FBI consultant and Tim DeKay as a FBI Special Agent.
