Michael Jackson’s Kids No Longer Home Schooled

Posted by August 27th, 2010 | 2 Comments »

Two of Michael Jackson’s kids have taken a big step — leaving homeschool for one of the most exclusive private schools in the country.

Prince, 13 and Paris,12 started at The Buckley School in the San Fernando Valley on Wednesday, according to TMZ.

It is reported that Prince wanted to go to Buckley to have “a social experience.”   While Paris was reluctant at first she later changed her mind.

As for 8-year-old Blanket — he’s still going to be homeschooled.   Katherine Jackson feels he’s too young to venture out.

Prince and Paris are joining a star-studded class of  alumni including Matthew Perry, Alyssa Milano, Nicole Richie, Nicollette Sheridan and Laura Dern

Some other famous grads even went on to do sex tapes and became famous — Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian.

What do you think about Blanket still being home schooled.  My kids have been attending school since they were potty trained and it has been a great social experience for them.

i feel so sorry for the kids, i think i can help them ,
because i know how it feels not to have a parent, i am 13,
and my parent died when i was 11, and i know if me and my
two brothers and mj’s kids get together, we can overcome
the unhappiness, and Janet please don’t let the kid’s mum
take them, if they don’t want her, don’t let her take them,
because i know you can take care of them, please take good
care of your brother’s kids, and if i can have the
      opportunity
to talk with them i know we will be alright(remember your
      brother’s song heal the world)

It’s good the his kids are getting to get out
more and be around children their ages. Kids
do need social interaction with other children
so they know how to develop and maintain
      friendships in adulthood.
