LeAnn Rimes, in a sexy red bikini, walked hand-in-hand with fiance Eddie Cibrian in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on Thursday (Dec. 30).  After their stroll, the newly engaged couple sipped tropical drinks and relaxed pool-side.

The 28-year-old country singer tweeted, “Windy and chilly here in Cabo, but that hasn’t stopped us from hanging in the somewhat sun! Sooooo relaxed! I cant believe tomorrow is NYE!”

Rimes and Cibrian met while filming the TV movie Northern Lights, both were married at the time. Cibrian was married to Brandi Glanville, while Rimes was wed to Dean Sheremet.

Cabo seems to be the place to ring in the New Year.  George Clooney, Elisabetta Canalis, Paris Hilton and Cy Waits are among some of the celebrities south of the border this holiday weekend.
