Sean Penn and Valeria Golino were seen enjoying a romantic dinner at Dal Bolognese restaurant in Rome, on Friday (Feb. 18). The affectionate couple met back in 1991, when Penn directed her in the movie, The Indian Runner.
After dinner Sean and Valeria headed over to a party at Paolo Sorrentino’s house. Sorrentino is the director of Penn’s latest film, This Must Be the Place.
The film, which also co-stars Eve Hewson and Frances McDormand, will be released later this year. In the movie, Penn portrays a jaded, middle-aged, wealthy rock star who sets out to find his father’s executioner, an ex-Nazi war criminal who is a refugee in the U.S.
