We have another messy custody battle/divorce in the world of celebrity. Besides, Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry we can add Ashley Simpson and Pete Wentz to the list of celebrities who are engaging in messy divorces.
Wentz has filed legal papers in response to Ashlee’s divorce petition asking the judge for joint physical and legal custody of their son. In her divorce petition, Ashlee checked the box that indicated she wanted primary physical custody, according to TMZ.
According to the documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ, Wentz also wants each party to pay their own legal fees.
My only question is….can’t we all just get along. At least for the sake of the children?
