Nick Lachey and fiancee Vanessa Minnillo enjoyed a romantic dinner date Saturday (April 9) at the BOA Steakhouse. The attractive couple plan on getting married this year after becoming engaged last October.
The 37-year-old performer prevouisly married to Jessica Simpson. Their marriage ended June 30, 2006 after almost four years of marriage. Simpson has also moved on, she become engaged last November to ex-NFL player and Yale grad Eric Johnson, 33.
