Charlie Sheen and Ashton Kutcher ran into each other backstage at the 2011 Emmy Awards. This encounter occurred on the eve, of the premiere, of season nine of Two and Half Men. Kutcher, who is replacing Sheen on the hit series, and Sheen posed for pictures and exchanged tweets, but no fists were thrown.
Sheen, 46, Tweeted a photo of the two and wrote, “Giving the new kid a little advice..! With @aplusk backstage at the Emmy’s…”
“Seriously… @aplusk great talking to you!” Sheen said. “We’ll all be watching! Make us proud!!”
“@charliesheen good to meet you too,” Kutcher Tweeted back. “Wishing you the best on your new gig.”
Along with Kutcher’s debut on ‘Men’, Sheen’s Roast on Comedy Central will also air Monday night.
