Film director Guy Ritchie and girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley, 29, welcomed a baby boy yesterday at London’s Portland hospital. Their son arrived a couple days earlier than expected by C-section.

The Mirror reports that Ainsley underwent an emergency C-section and thankfully the delivery went smoothly, with the as yet unnamed child and Ainsley healthy. The couple have not decided on a name yet, but they have told their respective families, including Ritchie’s ex-wife Madonna.

Their son will be half-brother to Richie’s biological son with Madonna, Rocco and his adopted son with Madonna, named David Banda.

Ritchie and Ainsley have been dating since April of last year, and the couple announced that Ainsley was pregnant in March. The couple first met at a friend’s party in May of 2009 and immediately hit it off.

Ainsley is an in-demand model, having worked with Samsung and Virgin Atlantic for advertisements.
