Dirty Soap was all about photo shoots, interior decorating, and surgery! Oh, and little boys getting tough! Galen wants his boys to learn sports. When Galen was a boy, he took ballet classes instead of baseball. Galen takes Dillon to a karate class and becomes one of those take-charge, embarrassing parents who interrupts the class to chime in on how great his son is doing.
Kelly is going to do a Self magazine photo shoot where she dances and exercises, and she’s worried about losing more weight in the process and being unhealthy. Co-star Steve Burton, who plays Jason on “General Hospital,” brings by his trainer to talk to her about fitness and all that healthy good stuff.
Farah asks Danny about donating her eggs so he can have children. And she wonders if she’s a viable donor. He tells her that the younger she is when she donates eggs, the better. Farah voice over’s that she’ll donate the eggs if he needs them. She’s certain she’ll do it and have a kid for him. But she wants to see a doctor first and will tell him what her doctor says.
At the Gerings’, Galen buys a standing punching bag as part of a homemade dojo and sets things up outside the house. He puts a white headband on has his sons wear some, too. The boys practice hitting it and breaking wooden boards, and Jensen cries at pain from hitting a board. Jenna thinks that board breaking is a little extreme.
Nadia and Brandon are going to do a photo shoot for In Touch magazine in their house, and Nadia wants to redecorate for it. She brings Fary over for advice, and Fary used to be a designer herself. Something shocking happens when Fary and Brandon actually agree on something! They both think a brown couch should stay but Nadia thinks it’s ugly. Fary nitpicks several things about the house’s current interior decorating, and Nadia voice over’s that it was a mistake to seek her mother’s advice. Fary doesn’t think that Michelle, the designer, knew what she was doing when she put the home together. Fary offers more input, and when Brandon jumps in, she tells him to butt out and leave the decorating to the women.
The Farah-cam shows Farah talking about waiting in her gynecologist’s office for her check-up and inquiring about egg donation. Farah also hopes the doctor doesn’t stick a finger up her butthole. TMI for sure.
Kelly and some friends meet with a chef for a little cooking class where she’ll learn more about nutrition and putting more protein in her diet. She voice over’s that she likes cooking class and learning about calories and nutrition.
Fary, Nadia, and Brandon go to an antique furniture store (or is it a boutique?) and meet up with Michelle. Michelle shows them some furniture choices, and Fary hates everything that’s shown. She says as much out loud to Michelle and says that Michelle has thrift shop tastes. Nadia and Brandon like Michelle’s ideas. Nadia voice over’s that Fary is outspoken and brash at times.
Kelly goes to the Crunch Fitness gym where Self will be shooting her while she takes various fitness classes there. Kelly is filmed doing her aerobics thing and working out, and she’s in revealing outfits the whole time. They‘re going to shoot her during three different classes / workouts, and Kelly learns that the third one will be a new type of dance she didn’t know she was going to do beforehand, that’s apparently more risqué than she was expecting. Kelly gets over her apprehension really quickly, though, and strips down to shake her booty for the cameras. She voice over’s that it’s great that she can incorporate her “Dancing with the Stars” experience into the shoots.
At the Gerings’, the boys are being hyperactive about their karate training inside the house. Galen is all like, “go boys!” but Jenna thinks it’s a bit too much. Galen wants their sons to show him their moves, and Dillon knocks over some wooden blocks Jensen had put up. Jensen cries, and Jenna takes Galen outside to talk to him about all this. He tells her he just wants the boys to be able to defend themselves, and Jenna thinks they’re too young to be this serious about hitting and kicking things. She says they should set boundaries for the boys, like no karate in the house or on each other.
Farah tells John-Paul that her pap smear came back abnormal. She wants him to come to New York with her for surgery she has to have. Apparently, there are pre-cancerous cells on her cervix that must be cut off. She’s scared.
At Nadia and Brandon’s, Michelle is there redecorating stuff and setting up the family room, and some guys are there to help move things around. They’re getting things ready in time for the photo shoot that will take pictures of Nadia and Brandon inside their home. Nadia is getting her makeup done to prepare, and Fary is being catty, telling everyone how crappy and trashy all the decorations are. Nadia tells Fary to learn when to be quiet and be more polite. Fary says that Nadia hurt her feelings by seeking outside help about the redecorating instead of coming to her own mother. Nadia tells Fary that, since Fary is retired and isn’t used to decorating homes in different styles so quickly, that Fary wasn’t the best choice for this. She also says that she and Fary just have different tastes.
In New York via Farah-cam, Farah says she’s heading to surgery and is nervous about it.
Nadia and Brandon pose in different rooms for the photo shoot, and in one of them, they’re in a bathtub half-naked. Fary thinks that’s tacky, and later, she says she thinks everything about that day has been trashy. It’s unclear if she means the photos or the decorating, but she could likely mean both.
Farah’s surgery is over, and she’s irritated that John-Paul didn’t have the car waiting outside the doctor’s office so they could just drive home. They eventually make it back to their place, but Farah complains that John-Paul made her sign autographs JUST after her surgery. She gets flowers and a card from Danny and Nathaniel that says they’re glad she’s alive.
At Nadia and Brandon’s, Nadia looks at photos with Fary from the shoot, and Fary’s still talking trash. Nadia says that Fary should just be happy that her daughter is happy. Nadia is happy with the home and furniture, and Fary should just accept it. They have cheers and drink wine, and Nadia voice over’s that Fary should butt out of things sometimes.
In an apartment in New York, Danny drops by to bring Farah food in bed. She tells Danny that his eggs, the baby-making kind, will have to wait because of all the surgery, pre-cancerous business.
