Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima may seem like that she born with the perfect physique, but it turns out she works out for her fitness as much, if not more, than anyone else.
The Daily Mail has Lima on record that to get in shape for the annual Victoria’s Secret show, she works out twice a day and commits to eating only protein shakes made from powdered eggs.
She also drinks a gallon of water a day and then drinks no liquids for 12 hours ahead of the big show. Lima explained, “no liquids at all so you dry out, sometimes you can lose up to eight pounds just from that.”
Talking about her workout routine, Lima said
“it is really intense, it’s not really the amount of time you spend working out, it’s the intensity: I jump rope, I do boxing, I lift weights, but I get bored doing that. If I am not moving I get bored very easily.”
