After performing and winning an award at the American Music Awards on Sunday, Jennifer Lopez headed to Hawaii to celebrate Thanksgiving on the island of Kauai with her twins and other family members, according to Radar Online.

While her newest love interest, Casper Smart, is rumored to be spending the holiday with Lopez – there is no million dollar photo proving he is there.

Smart, J. Lo’s back up dancer, reportedly has racked up a number of speeding and traffic-related charges, including speeding greater than 100 miles per hour and illegal drag racing, according to police records. He was also charged with driving without a valid license in 2004, 2006 and 2007, evading electronic toll charges in 2005 and exceeding maximum speeds of 65 miles per hour in 2004 and 2005.

The dancer is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 5, 2012. But he must complete 10 days of community service before this court date. Does hanging out with J. Lo in Hawaii count as community service?

If found guilty, he could spend 90 days in jail and have to pay another fine of $500.
