Giveaway: 2 Tickets to Broadway Show ‘Memphis’

Posted by July 30th, 2012 | 40 Comments »

Have U Heard has an amazing giveaway this week – 2 Broadway Tickets to see ‘Memphis’ in New York.

This past year, New York City had 50.9 million visitors spending a total of 32.5 billion dollars. With countless attractions to offer, it can be difficult to choose what to take part in when visiting the Big Apple, especially with a limited budget.

BestOfNewYork.com, a website offering major discounts on New York City attractions, shows, tours and hotels, has done the choosing for you with a list of the top five activities not to miss when visiting NYC. Additionally, BestOfNewYork.com is currently running a sweepstakes offering a FREE trip to New York including all of the below attractions and more.

Top Five Picks Not to Miss When Visiting the Big Apple

1. See the entire city from the Empire State Building

Soaring 1,454 feet above the busy streets of midtown Manhattan, the Empire State Building offers spectacular 80-mile views and is the most photographed landmark in the world. Be sure to visit the Empire State Building Observatory on the 86th floor for a view you will never forget.

2. Mingle with celebs at Madame Tussauds New York

Your friends will be shocked by your latest Facebook pictures with President Barack Obama and Lady Gaga—and only you will really know that the celebrities in your photos are actually wax lookalikes. Madame Tussauds gives you the chance to size up the celebrities outside of the tabloids while getting some really memorable pictures.

3. Become an art connoisseur at the Metropolitan Museum of Art

Spanning five city blocks on the east side of Central Park, the world-renowned Metropolitan Museum of Art is one of the world’s largest art museums. Its massive collection spans 5,000 years of art — from an ancient Egyptian temple to modern American Pop Art.

4. Go wild on THE BEAST by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises

The Beast is a 30-minute thrill tour that gives you great views of the amazing New York City skyline and the Statue of Liberty at exhilarating speeds of up to 45-miles per hour, an incredible and different way to get a Manhattan rush on the fastest speed boat ride around!

5. Get your history fix at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum

Offering a first-hand look at life inside an aircraft carrier, New York City’s only sea, air and space museum will be a dream come true for history buffs. The Intrepid served in World War II, housing more than 3,000 sailors, officers and Marines. The ship later served as one of the primary recovery vessels for NASA, and did three tours of duty in Vietnam, as well as submarine surveillance in the North Atlantic during the Cold War. The museum also recently welcomed the space shuttle for the first time ever.

Want to experience these attractions and more for FREE? Right now, you can enter to win a trip to New York as a part of BestofNewYork.com’s “Best Trip Ever” Sweepstakes. The winner of this exciting giveaway will receive a round-trip flight for two, three nights of hotel accommodation, tickets to three museums, a bus tour, two incredible Off-Broadway shows, the Empire State Building observatory, and a thrilling speed boat cruise through New York Harbor.
