Saying goodbye to someone near and dear is never easy, especially for Neal who not only lost a friend when Ellen Parker was killed but also the hope of finding out what really happened to his father. That is unless he can find a man named Sam, the undercover detective Ellen worked with all those years ago. Unfortunately, making contact is difficult when you don’t have a lead on where to find the person you’re searching for; Neal almost had his chance at the burial but a spooked out Sam takes off before Neal or Peter can catch him. Peter promises to do his best in getting information from the marshalls on the case but isn’t feeling overly confident.
Desperate for information leads Neal to make a deal with the devil that just might put him back in jail. While staking out a case with Peter at the museum in an effort to catch an art thief, Neal is surprised when Abigial Kinkaid, their suspect, calls him out on who he really is. Turns out Neal Caffrey’s somewhat of a legend and after she’s unable to pull off the job right then and there, Ms. Kinkaid seeks out Neal with an offer. Seeing him in front of the Marshall’s building she knows he must want something inside but can’t get it due to his anklet. So if he steals the priceless painting she’ll retrieve the information he wants.
Keep reading to see if Neal goes back to a life of crime. Is the offer he receives too good to pass up?
