The week on Grey’s Anatomy, Dr. Derek Shepherd is contemplating what he will do if he can never perform surgery again, and considering his last surgery he knows he will never be the same. He is thinking of traveling the world with Meredith, using the insurance settlement he would be getting from the plane crash. All of the doctors involved will get a settlement for the plane crash.

April Kepner is finding it difficult to get over her relationship with Jackson, when she returns to Seattle Grace.  She tells Owen, that she was praying a lot and has become revirginizated since leaving Seattle. The sexual tension was thick throughout the entire episode, ending with a kiss.

Dr. Bailey is on a witch hunt with the doctors. She is tired of having them all in her face and hearing all their problems. She hears Jackson and Kepner’s issues and makes Meredith Grey go in a surgery with April so she could be watched. She tells the Chief that she was upset her son stopped holding her hand and that her ex was too busy to talk to her about it.

Alex Karev is with the intern who couldn’t handle Meredith Grey and he won’t let her scrub in on any of his surgeries. So she tries buying coffee and even hitting on Callie Torres to see what she could do. Callie told her to not ever try to sleep with someone to get on a surgery and that Alex Karev was an intern slut.
