Scandal recap for 11/15/12:
A quick recap of our underlying story. Olivia Pope’s plan for getting U. S. Attorney David Rosen off the trail of what happened in the Lindsay Dwyer case was to get him off suspension. Figuring, if he had his job back and new cases to worry about, he couldn’t spend all of his free time trying to track down the connection between Cytron and Doyle Energy. The plan seemed to be working until Abby Whelan, who work for Olivia and is sleeping with David realizes that the information David has been given about Cytron, that made him think there was no connection, was falsified (looks like they may have been rigging voting machines). As if that isn’t enough, we also learn that Olivia has Rosen bugged, and now knows that Abby is helping him.
Tonight’s show starts off with a bang, literally, as a pedestrian is seen handing a package to a U.S. Postal employee and then promptly blows his head off, and we thought it was the postal employees that were usually disgruntled, the package is of course addressed to Olivia Pope. What, did u think it was a letter to Santa? Apparently that package contained a coded message about certain people needed to be protected, including Huck. When Huck realizes that certain people he used to associate with when he used to work for the CIA have been killed, his first instinct is to flee, but Olivia convinces him to stay. She has 24 hours to fix this problem.
