Taylor Swift definitely intends to vote in the 2012 Presidential Election, but she isn’t budging on who she will be voting for!
Swift has said that she keeps up on her politics and will be voting on Tuesday, but she doesn’t like to talk politics because she doesn’t want to influence any of her fans’ votes. Swift told Time magazine:
“I follow it, and I try to keep myself as educated and informed as possible. But I don’t talk about politics because it might influence other people. And I don’t think that I know enough yet in life to be telling people who to vote for.”
Swift will be out of the country on Tuesday, Election Day and says she will “have to get a special form, I think” in order for her to vote.
