Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber have been on and off in the romance department for months now. With the couple still being teenagers, this is not uncommon as they are still trying to figure out what love is and if they are ‘meant to be.’

Justin Bieber needs Selena Gomez. But does Selena Gomez need Justin Bieber? Justin has been getting into more and more trouble since he and Selena have broken up. From doing drugs to his choice of friends, it is every parent’s (and pr person’s) worst nightmare.

With the couple being spotted together over the weekend, this begs the question why would Selena get back together with Justin? Selena was initially thought to be dating Justin for publicity. Is it possible that she needs him to help keep her relevant? Probably not, since the members of One Direction are just as hot as Justin Bieber is right now and wouldn’t a relationship with Harry be all she needs to keep herself out there? Afterall, her bff, Taylor Swift, dated Harry. That would make for some amazing headlines from ‘Backstabber, Selena Gomez Steals BFF, Taylor Swift’s Boyfriend’ to ‘Another Fake Relationship for Harry.’
