Kate Winslet has raised a lot of eyebrows with her romantic history and it seems she had enough as she bashed the critics who have judged her past.
Winslet, who graces the cover of the November Issue of Vogue, sat down with the magazine to respond to the negative attention that she has received on her love life:
“People go, ‘Oh, my God! Those poor children! They must have gone through so much.’ Says who?” says the actress.
“They’ve always been with me. They don’t go from pillar to post; they’re not flown here and there with nannies. That’s never happened. My kids don’t go back and forth; none of this 50/50 time with the moms and dads. My children live with me; that is it. That is it!”
One can understand Winslet’s frustration and her effort to clear things up so that the negative comments come to an end, but being that she is a famous actress, she cannot be surprised by the attention her love life and her decisions get as famous people get ten times more scrutiny than us regular folks get.
What do you think of Winslet’s comments?
