“The Voice” is back for season eight, if you can believe it and original coach Christina Aguilera has returned. You can keep up with the season seven finale of “The Voice” here.

thevoice8After taking two seasons off to get engaged and have a baby girl, Summer Rain, original coach Christina Aguilera is back. She joins the bromance of Adam Levine, who performed at last night’s Academy Awards and Blake Shelton. Rounding out the panel is Pharrell Williams who joined the show last season. Team Blake is the reigning champion as Craig Wayne Boyd made “The Voice” history and really is the one that I believe will take it to the top. The auditions begin tonight and then it will be time for the battle rounds and clearly, the coaches cannot go it alone.

Helping out Team Adam is Ellie Goulding; Team Blake has Meghan Trainor; Team Pharrell has Lionel Richie and Team Christina has Nick Jonas. Funny enough, Lionel Richie is no stranger to “The Voice” as he helped Team Christina in season two. Anything can happen when Xtina is back in the red chair. Shakira added her feisty personality to the panel but Gwen Stefani, who replaced her was just too nice. She and Pharrell had a friendship similar to the bromance that is Adam and Blake.

There will be several nights of blind auditions, airing Mondays and Tuesdays then it will head to the battle rounds then to the knockouts then it will go live. No word on who the main mentor will be; season six had Chris Martin from Coldplay while season seven had Taylor Swift. I am excited to see who they bring along for season eight. Carson Daly is back as the host and I am ready for a really good time. And don’t forget the epic opening of the season with all four judges!

We hope that you enjoyed that sneak peek. Keep watching to see who advances!
