The hit television series, Full House, aired on television from 1987 – 1995 and has been airing in syndication ever since. Since 1995, the sitcom starring John Stamos, Bob Saget, Candace Cameron, The Olsen Twins, Lori Loughlin, Dave Coulier and Jodie Sweetin has been a fan favorite. Fans have been hoping for a reunion for the hit television show have finally received their wish with a reunion and a spin-off series.

John Stamos appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live where he made the announcement saying,

“We were trying to do a spinoff. It starts off as a reunion and then spins off like a spin off. You have Candace and Jodie and Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibler) and Candace has three boys and its sort of a reversal and we turn the house over to her . It’s a labor of love and we have literally tried for so many years to get it right. And we finally got it perfect.”

What can we expect with the new series Fuller House? Like the original Full House, Fuller House will begin with a recently widowed D.J., the mother of three boys, a 12-year-old, 7-year-old, and pregnant with her third son, who finds herself with a few extra roommates. Her sister, Stephanie (who is following in her Uncle Jesse’s footsteps and trying to be a musician), and her best friend Kimmy, who has a teenage daughter.

The first episode of Fuller House will be an hour-long Tanner family reunion and John Stamos, who is producing the spinoff, told Kimmel they’re trying to bring back as many original cast members as possible. The actor will reprise his role as Uncle Jesse in a guest-starring capacity, and, according to Netflix, Bob Saget (Danny Tanner), Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen (Michelle Tanner), Dave Coulier (Joey Gladstone), and Lori Loughlin (Rebecca Donaldson Katsopolis) are all in discussions to guest star.

If the Olsen Twins refuse to return to the show, Stamos joked Jimmy Kimmel can appear as Michelle.

We have the announcement on the next page. Check it out and let us know what you think.
