Khloe Kardashian is finally revealing the secret to her losing 13 pounds. Unlike Sam Smith who lost 14 pounds by following a book by nutritionist, Amelia Freer, “Eat. Nourish. Glow,” Khloe took a completely different approach to losing weight. Khloe opted for a slower approach to her weight loss. So what did Khloe do to help her lose weight?
Khloe aims to work out five days a week
She has a gym in her community, so she even tries to fit it in on the weekends and has admitted she feels great when she works out. She admits on bing watching junk tv while working out. It helps to pass the time and you don’t realize what you’re doing.

Like so many of us, Khloe used to just eat whatever. She never use to watch what she ate. Once she started watching what she eats and eliminating dairy, the weight started to come off.

Khloe is not in a rush to lose the weight and is taking it slowly by “taking certain things out of [her] diet little by little,” according to a report in US Magazine.
This isn’t the first time, we have seen Khloe lose weight. She seems to go up and down, like the rest of us battling the scale. Her brother Rob Kardashian has recently been making headlines for his weight gain. Unfortunately, Rob has not been able to lose the weight he has gained over the past couple of years. It could be due to his battle with depression that isn’t helping the reality television star to lose any weight.
