The Voice Sawyer Fredericks Sings ‘Simple Man’
The Voice Sawyer Fredericks may be the singer to beat this season. This week the singer sang, ‘Simple Man,’ by Leonard Skynard.
Following his performance last week of the song Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls, the judges continued to fawn all over the singer, with rave reviews. The judges comments following his performance of Iris were as follows:
Blake: I always talk about how powerful your voice is. I can’t get over how freakin’ good you are. Christina: I am always a big fan and really liked that you tried something different; Pharrell: Your performance went the way I wanted and once again you have proved you have this crazy voice.
The mentors for this week are Gwen Stefani, Ceelo Green and Usher, all of them were previous judges on The Voice.
The Voice final eight singers are:
Koryn Hawthorne (Pharrell)
Corey Kent White (Blake)
Sawyer Fredericks (Pharrell)
India Carney (Xtina)
Meghan Linsey (Blake)
Kimberly Nichole (Xtina)
Hannah Kirby (Blake)
Joshua Davis (Adam)
Does Sawyer Fredericks have what it takes to beat the other seven competitors? He is only 16 years old, will he be able to withstand the pressure or will he crack under the pressure?
