50 Shades of Grey Released With an Alternate Ending – Released May 8, 2015
Fifty Shades of Grey has officially been released on iTunes digital HD with an exclusive alternate ending and a few more surprises. While the blu-ray unrated version doesn’t hit shelves until May 8th, it is up for pre-order on numerous websites.
One of the added perks is a teaser to the movies sequel, Fifty Shades Darker in which we see a dapper looking Christian Grey, placing on a suit blazer and sliding a black masquerade mask down his face as the colors change to black and white. The teaser gives off the same sizzle that the first movie did back when it was released and with news of it taking a darker turn and becoming more of a thriller, we have to say we are excited to see what’s in store.
The future two movies of the franchise have already been given release dates with Darker set to premiere on February 10, 2017, with the end of the trilogy, Fifty Shades Freed set to premiere on February 9th, 2018. There is no known director at the moment for the next two films now that original director, Sam Taylor Johnson has pulled away from the franchise due to conflicts with author E.L James, but there is no doubt the series will continue it’s success and go on to please its fans.
We don’t want to ruin the surprise alternate ending for people hoping to see it for themselves but we will say that it goes more into the second book rather than tastefully ending like the first book does. The Fifty Shades hysteria is sure to pick up some more over then course of the next couple months as more suspense and teases are released. We are hoping to know the direction and have an official trailer sooner than later because let’s face it, we all need a little bit more of Christian Grey in our lives.
You can get the digital HD unrated version on outlets such as iTunes right now or wait until May 8th to grab the Blu-Ray unrated edition, which happens to be the only edition that features the alternate ending and extra stuff.
