Jennifer Aniston’s Diet Secrets Revealed – Clean Eating

Jennifer Aniston is finally revealing how she gets that beautiful, trim body on the Living Proof Instagram account. Aniston took over the account for an entire day, giving us some insight into how she maintains her beauty

The normally shy and private actress has taken to the Living Proof, the business she is part owner of, Instagram account to post some of the foods she eats to keep her looking good. Known for her healthy lifestyle and beautiful glow, we can finally get a look into her healthy choices.

Below is a sample of Aniston’s clean eating diet

Breakfast:

*Jen has farm fresh eggs from chickens that she owns.

Lunch:

Aniston’s clean eating also includes a snack of cucumber that she shares with her dog, Sophie.

Jennifer’s diet also includes plenty of exercise, as she has included photos on the Living Proof Instagram account with her other dog, while she is doing barre exercises.

In an interview with Yahoo!Beauty with Bobbi Brown, Jen revealed one of her secrets to her beautiful skin, besides her Greek roots, is water, she said, “drinking a lot of water and using really nice good products for your face. Don’t overproduct, that’s the other thing. Getting proper sleep is always important.”

While Jen does eat clean a majority of the time, she also indulges from time to time. She eats bread, but has said her body doesn’t like carbs.

Jen is against plastic surgery and has stated in the past that her fiancé, Justin Theroux would kill her if she underwent the knife. In today’s day and age there are other options that Aniston does use including, “LED light therapy, good lasers that tighten the muscles, and massages for your face—and don’t forget great creams. I think that’s the route to go.”

Jen’s diet secrets are clean eating, exercise, lots of water and sleep.

    All fine except onion and garlic during weekdays! And too many pistachios bring acne!
