While he apologized for what he did saying in a statement,

“As a young teenager I acted inexcusably for which I am extremely sorry and deeply regret. I hurt others, including my family and close friends. I confessed this to my parents who took several steps to help me address the situation.”

Fast forward five years after the molestation took place and we have a clip from the reality series, 19 Kids and Counting, where Josh discusses the rules for going on a date with his then fiancee, now wife, Anna. Duggar reveals that family members cannot go on a dates unchaperoned before getting married and while he wanted his sister, Jinger to chaperone he and Anna, she couldn’t because she was too young since the film was for people who are 18 or over. Duggar then said he picked his sister Jana and brother John David to come along instead. “We thought, why not have a double date,” joked Duggar, before adding with a laugh, “We are from Arkansas, no?”

The incest joke went under the radar, but now it has resurfaced since everyone is looking for clues that would have shown the type of person Duggar, or any child molester really is. Unfortunately, there are no clues to help pick out a sexual deviant. If it was that simple, there wouldn’t be any.

We have the video of Josh joking about incest on the next page.

TLC has put 19 Kids and Counting on hiatus. We are willing to take bets, TLC will bring back the Duggars in another form – like with the married sisters and their families or without Josh Duggar. If they choose to go forward without Josh, do you think Michelle and Jim Bob will agree to it? Or will they stand behind their son? They tried to hide the molestation for years – so it will be interesting to see what they do next.
