Scarlett Johansson is busy promoting her new movie, Avengers: Age of Ultron (not that it needs any promotion) when she appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Johansson plays Black Widow in the hit franchise.

Before Scarlett and Jimmy played the game, Box of Lies, they spoke about meeting in L.A. when Jimmy asked Scarlett for a restaurant recommendation. Scarlett recommended Sugar Fish, but Jimmy thought she said Sugar Bush. Needless to say they had a fun conversation that lead to talk of a strip club. They then discussed the correct pronunciation of Caesar, the dog whisperer, as Jimmy met him at the restaurant.

Scarlett and Jimmy took turns trying to fake each other out about what was in the mystery box. In the boxes are crazy, random objects that are described by Jimmy and Scarlett. Based on the description, they both have to guess if the person is telling the truth or telling their opponent a ‘Box of Lies.’

Scarlett began the game by pulling a plastic bench with a figurine of her in The Avengers and Gumby. She told Jimmy it was a hot dog bun shaped like the Hulk. Jimmy found that hard to believe and said it was a ‘Box of Lies.’ He scored his first point. For Scarlett’s turn to guess, Jimmy picked a mannequin head with diamond googles out of his box and Scarlett couldn’t believe someone would even make it, saying ‘What did Whiz Khalifa make it?’ before finding out that the item was real. Two points for Jimmy – zero for Scarlett. The game was officially over, but Jimmy gave Scarlett another chance. She described a Starbucks cup filled with baked beans and Jimmy thought she was telling a ‘Box of Lies.’ Scarlett won the game – as her guess was worth 1,000 points!

If you want to see more of Scarlett, she will be appearing on Saturday Night Live this weekend.
