“The Voice” has now entered the semi-final round and this season is probably the closest I have seen in a very long time! You can keep up with season eight of “The Voice” right here.

There are five singers left in the competition as the bottom two last week were India Carney and Kimberly Nichole from Team Christina Aguilera. When it came time for the Twitter Insta-save, host Carson Daly revealed that the votes were literally fifty/fifty. In the end, it was powerhouse Kimberly Nichole who was sent home while India Carney was saved by America. Here is who we have left and will perform this evening during the two-hour live semi-final performances:

  1. SAWYER FREDERICKS (Pharrell)
  2. JOSHUA DAVIS (Adam)
  3. MEGHAN LINSEY (Blake)
  4. INDIA CARNEY (Christina)
  5. KORYN HAWTHORNE (Pharrell)

Now this does not mean that Pharrell Williams is the sure-fire winner as the other coaches are outnumbered by him. As you may recall from last season, Craig Wayne Boyd was Blake Shelton’s last remaining singer while the other three in the finals were Team Adam Levine. In the end, Team Blake took the prize so literally, anything could and will happen. Over the season, we have seen steals and begging by the coaches and amazing mentors and a reunion of former coaches. These five are ready to take on the world (and probably end up with a free car) so they better be prepared.

It is vital that they listen to their coaches critiques while picking the best songs for their voices. When a few of the show’s alumni singers came back, it was incredible to see how much they had grown and the people that they were working with like Sia. After tonight, we have one more episode tomorrow night before next week’s season eight finale. One person will be crowned the winner of “The Voice” and I honestly have no idea who will take the prize. I’d like it to be Joshua Davis but this time, no clue.

Keep reading to see what the coaches have to say.
