General Hospital Recap for 6/8/15 to 6/12/15 – Laura Returns and Does Jake Remember?
This week on General Hospital…a fan favorite returns to town while another leaves; Ava almost gives herself away; and Elizabeth worries that Jake will get his memory back.
Michael is about to carry baby AJ up to bed when the doorbell rings. It’s Denise (Ava in disguise), who wanted to visit with her “niece.” Michael graciously allows Denise to have some alone time with the baby, even though it’s her bedtime. Denise whispers to AJ that she is her mother and is very reluctant to relinquish the little girl, which Michael notices. Later Sabrina and Michael kiss on the couch. It is us or does they already act married with a kid with this nanny arrangement?
Meanwhile Morgan and Kiki go to pick Denise up for dinner only to find the penthouse empty. Kiki heads to the Floating Rib, thinking she might be there while Morgan waits for Denise. Denise returns, crying. Morgan hugs her as she whimpers that she did not realize how overcome she would be after holding Avery. Morgan looks at Denise, saying holding her is like holding Ava. Their eyes meet and they kiss. Denise moans, saying she missed this, which causes Morgan to push her away like a hot potato. What does she mean by that?! Denise covers, but later is horrified to learn that Kiki and Morgan are back together.
Kiki walks into the Floating Rib to find Nina sharing her woes with Silas. Silas assures Nina that he knows she didn’t kidnap Avery probably because he knows he did! Kiki glares at Nina before telling her dad why she is there and gosh, doesn’t Denise look just like Mom? Silas smirks to himself. Yeah, it’s uncanny! Franco enters to ask for his ELQ shares back, but Nina tells him that she sold them—and she spent the money! Well, some of the money. She put the rest into the bank. Upset Franco heads over to the Quartermaine mansion where he asks Michael for his money. Michael insists that Nina never sold the shares. Franco assumes Nina lied to him.
Anna is at the airport waiting for her flight to Scotland when Sloane runs up to her. He asks her to stay; he can help her! Anna looks appalled at the thought. She explains she needs some time away to get perspective. And being around Sloane, letting him take care of her, would be a huge mistake. Sloane makes her promise to return and Anna does.
At the Haunted Star all eyes are on Laura as she crashes Luke and Tracy’s engagement party. She asks to speak with Luke privately, even though Tracy makes it very clear that this is their engagement party. While Laura and Luke talk in another room, Brad tells Lucas that this is exactly why he doesn’t want a big wedding. Too much drama! Meanwhile Lulu, who is happy to see her mom, assures Tracy that Luke would not take Laura back, even if she asked him because he is totally in love with Tracy. However, when Luke emerges with Laura in tow, he looks grim. He thanks everyone for their attendance and asks them to leave. When Tracy asks what is going on, he says he can’t marry her anymore. Say what now?! Luke is reluctant to explain, but Laura steps in. She says that she and Luke are not over in light of the recent revelation that Luke had a split personality. Luke agrees; he says they owe it to each other to find closure. Dillon rips into Luke, followed by Tracy who calls Luke cowardly and pathetic and how he and Laura deserve each other. After Dillon storms out, Lulu asks to speak to her parents privately. She rips into them for hurting Tracy. Alone Luke takes a stiff drink as he regrets what he did. Laura sighs and takes his hand. They had to do it. And if they get lucky, this will be the last time they will have to do this.
At Nathan’s place Nathan tells Maxie about Nina’s marriage to Ric and how he and Franco tried to trick her into an annulment. Maxie chides Nathan for his poor plan and suggests he seek Silas’ help when it comes to his sister.
At Wyndemere Rosalie meets with Nikolas to plan their next steps in Nikolas’ secret plan to take over ELQ. Nikolas learns that Dillon is in town and plans to get Dillon’s shares—by using Lulu’s friendship with Dillon.
