Are the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spending the summer in the United States? While we would love to see the royal family come to America, it is highly unlikely – and given the source, beyond ridiculous.

OK Magazine is claiming Prince William and Kate Middleton in the title of this week’s issue that the couple and their two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, are moving to America for the summer. The magazine has even given the royal family a home in the Hamptons on Long Island, saying they have narrowed their search down to a few beach front properties. The inspiration for the move is Prince William’s late mother, Princess Diana, who the magazine is claiming that as a child, Diana used to sit down with William and tell him she would never settle for a life inside the palace and that he must experience all the world has to offer. Not surprising, the Queen is said to be very unhappy with the move, which she finds very low class.

The magazine goes on to detail the family’s concern for their safety and the security of their children, saying they believe America is the safest place for their children.

The most important thing for Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge is that their children enjoy the beach and the grounds of the new home, so they can enjoy the sea and the sunshine. Because Princess Charlotte, who was born on May 5, 2015 can really use some fun in the sun? The entire article is beyond ridiculous, from the claims that Princess Diana encouraged the move when William was younger, to the fact that the Duke and Duchess would ever pick up their roots and move to the United States – even if it is temporary.

The only true part of the article is the list of people who already reside in the Hamptons. On the list are Sarah Jessica Parker, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sir Paul McCartney and director Steven Spielberg. Other than that the article is very difficult to believe, if not impossible.

What do you think about the magazine’s claims? Ridiculous or beyond ridiculous?
