It has now come to light via TMZ that the head of the WWE Vince McMahon has made his own share of racist comments. This in turn, makes him a hypocrite for firing Hulk Hogan from the WWE franchise for using the N-word eight years ago. Hulk has gone on to apologize but has lost his contract with the WWE, though his lawyer claims he opted out and his spot as a judge on “Tough Enough.” All the reminders of Hulk were also erased from the WWE webpage so it is like he never existed. Earlier, his twenty-seven year old daughter Brooke Hogan jumped to his defense but the damage seems to have been done.

This is what is going down in the WWE world as we speak. Hulk is making the allegations, according to TMZ that a decade ago, Vince McMahon used racial slurs after facing John Cena. Those slurs were also used in front of Booker T and Sharmell, who happen to be black. Virgil and George Foreman (who knew he was a wrestler and a grilling machine?) are standing by Hulk during this time but there is no word if McMahon’s rant was recorded like Hogan’s was. According to a rep for the WWE, this is what they have to say about Vince’s racial slur outburst: “was an outlandish and satirical skit involving fictional characters, similar to that of many scripted television shows and movies.” So basically it was a skit and that is okay and fine and a good example for your employees but if they follow suit, they get fired? Seems a little too convenient there Vince. Why don’t you watch it and tell us what you think!

I see a really great lawsuit and/or book coming from Hogan’s camp or at least a hit single from the sweet words Brooke Hogan wrote regarding her dad and all that was happening. In any case, you can still catch our recaps of “Total Divas” where being a woman surrounded by other tough chicks can equal insanity…but we love it.
