Kelly Osbourne was under fire today for a comment she made while guest co-hosting on the daytime talk show, The View.

During a discussion about Donald Trump and his comments regarding immigration and calling Latino’s racist, Kelly Osbourne put her foot in her mouth when she made the comment, “If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald Trump?”

Following her comment, complete silence overcame the panelists of The View, with Rosie Perez jumping in mid-sentence to correct Osbourne. While Raven Simone requested the viewers not to attack Osbourne for her comments, Twitter went crazy and Kelly Osbourne was trending minutes later. Viewers were not happy with her comments, calling her a racist and requesting Osbourne return to the United Kingdom, where she was born and raised before moving to California.

Kelly apologized and said,

“I want to start by saying I always take responsibility for my actions. In this particular case I will take responsibility for my poor choice of words but I will not apologize for being a racist as I am not. I whole-hearted(ly) f—-d up today. I don’t want to bulls–t anyone with lame excuses.” She continued by saying, “although I was stopped mid-sentence by Rosie and couldn’t finish my point, I will not let Rosie take responsibility for my words. I should have known better as I was on ‘The View’ and it was live. I’ve learned a very valuable lesson. It is my hope that this situation will open up a conversation about immigration and the Latin community as a whole.”

Always the jokester, Osbourne ended her statement by saying, “By the way, I clean my own f—–g toilets.”

Osbourne is coming under fire because she gave Giuliana Rancic, her co-host on Fashion Police, about a comment she made to Zendaya about her hair. Kelly attacked Giuliana for her comments. This has left Kelly open to the question as to how what she said about Latino’s is any different than what she said to Giuliana Rancic.

What do you think about Osbourne’s apology? Was it good enough for viewers and her fans to move on or is she going to be getting nasty tweets and emails? Will she be welcome back to The View? Is Kelly’s comments different than what Rancic said to Zendaya? If so, how are they different. Leave us a comment and let us know your thoughts on what happened on The View today?
