Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green Separate After 5 Years of Marriage
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have separated. The couple, who have been together for 11 years and married for five years, have reportedly been separated for six months, according to US Magazine.
The magazine is claiming ‘sources’ are reporting the separation and there has been no confirmation as of yet. The ‘source’ is saying things have been rocky for a while. The couple have two sons, Noah who is two and Bodhi, who is 18 months. Green also has a 13 year old son with his former girlfriend, Vanessa Marcil.
Interestingly, Fox was a huge fan of Green, who is 13 years older than her, after seeing him on the hit series, Beverly Hills 90210. They met on the set of Hope & Faith in 2004, and Fox’s dreams came true when her childhood crush became her knight in shining armor.
The couple were engaged but broke up after three years, citing that marriage was not a realistic goal for Fox, as she was only 23 at the time. Green re-proposed in June 2010 and just 24 days later the couple were married in Hawaii.
Fox has been playing a stay at home mom while working here and there, starring in the remake of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Green has never achieved the success he did in Beverly Hills 90210. He guest starred in several series including, Happy Endings. He also starred in the series Wedding Band, about a group of friends who perform at weddings. The TBS comedy, was officially cancelled after one season due to low ratings.
No word from the couple’s publicist and their social media accounts remain silent. We will be updating the story to see if they too are a victim of the Hollywood Summer divorce plague. With Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton all announcing their divorces this summer, they would join the growing list.
