Dancing With the Stars Season 21 Spoilers 2015 – Week 8 – Immunity Week
As Dancing With the Stars heads into the eighth week of competition, seven couples remain. Last week was all about Halloween with amazing dances – especially with Derek and Bindi topping the leaderboard, with Carlos and Whitney close behind.
We have the complete recap for the Halloween Episode of Dancing With the Stars here.
Week 8 brings one week where the top performer does not have to worry about being eliminated, as there is an immunity challenge. For the first time this season, the couple with the highest score from their solo dance will be granted immunity from elimination next week and will also receive 3 additional points. Each of the six couples that do not receive immunity will then be paired up to compete in a head-to-head dance-off to be voted on by America in real-time on www.ABC.com and by the three judges. The couple with the majority of the four potential votes from each dance-off will earn an extra 2 points, increasing their overall score.
There will also be individual dances where the seven remaining couples will be dancing as they give a tribute to influential figures in their lives.
