Hello PLL fans, we are back for a recap of last night’s Pretty Little Liars Five Years Foward special. It’s been three months since we’ve had a PLL episode and while this wasn’t an actual episode into 6B, it was an exciting glimpse into the new sets, costumes, scenes and more. The special caught up with the liars and what they have been up to in between the 5 year gap of the season 6A finale. We were given exclusive never before scenes of a short time after the girls left Rosewood as well as a heated confrontation between Mona and Alison. Read on for more juicy details about last night’s episode but beware, spoilers ahead, even though we know you want them! The episode opens with Marlene King sitting with our four precious little liars, don’t worry Sasha is part of the episode, just has her own one on one with Mar, as they catch us up on what’s been going on with the girls during their five years apart. To avoid spilling the details here, we’ll talk about the new sets and such first.

The biggest change has been Radley, which is no longer an institution for the mentally insane but in fact a boutique hotel called “The Radley”. The new Radley still has some of it’s creepy old styling and feel but it has been completely revamped into a shiny new toy, barely recognizable but we’re wondering if it can still escape it’s past. While the girls had grown used to their bedrooms, those were removed from set almost immediately and changed. Spencer is finally living in her dream barn which has undergone a complete makeover and is fresh from a high end decorating magazine, totally Spencer’s style. We will see tons of new sets, the girls wardrobe has been upped and changed as well as their over all appearances. These changes have helped the girls step into their big girl shoes and grow up with their characters.
