Angelina Jolie – Highest Paid Actress
According to Forbes Magazine, Angelina Jolie has earned the number one spot for the Top-Earning Actress – making an estimated $27 million.
Coming in 2nd is Jennifer Aniston who earned $25 million followed by the 3rd top earner Meryl Streep making $24 million, the 4th top earner is Sarah Jessica Parker earning $23 million and number 5 on the list is Cameron Diaz earning $20 million.
As is still typical for Hollywood, the actresses earned significantly less than their male counterparts. Harrison Ford was the top-earning actor this year with $65 million, $38 million more than Jolie earned. All told, the top 10 actors earned $393 million, compared with $183 million for the top 10 actresses.
