Taking a break from their hectic work schedule on the ‘Gossip Girl’,  Blake Lively and Penn Badgley were spotted out in New York City over the weekend.

The “Gossip Girl” co-stars couple hailed a cab in the Chelsea neighborhood as they made their way to a restaurant.

Penn recently spoke to Women’s Health Magazine where he admitted that he thinks “Passion is number one and trust is number two.” He told Women’s Health that

“You need to start with a passionate connection, and if you can maintain it and cultivate it, that’s most important. Then trust can develop.”

 A lot of people might say that trust is needed before becoming passionate – what do you think should come first – the trust or the passion??
