Brothers & Sisters ReCap 10/11/09

On tonight’s Brothers and Sisters, Kitty was told by the doctor that she had Stage Three lymphoma and that it had metastasized.
Kitty was given two treatment options with one being an experimental treatment in which the trials were for six months in Boston. Nora wanted to help Kitty, but Kitty was trying to stay distracted by getting involved with Rebecca’s wedding dress selection.
The rest of the Walkers found out about Kitty’s condition and were very upset. Kitty decided to do the chemo and Robert and Nora who were fighting over Kitty’s treatment regimen eventually were on the same page as Kitty.
Kevin and Scotty were still having differences regarding the issue of whether to have a baby or not. Scotty told Kevin that he was ready to have a baby, but in the light of Kitty’s cancer diagnosis, Kevin wanted to wait. It’s a shame since Kevin has been waiting to hear those words.
Holly and Saul ran into Dennis, an old competitor and colleague of Mr. Walker who just so happens to be getting inside information from Ryan about Ojai Foods. With the inside info Dennis is able to outbid Holly and Saul at an auction.
Dennis was in prison for five years for price fixing and has held a grudge against the Walkers and Ojai Foods because he thought that his partner in crime, William Walker got away with it after testifying against Dennis.
Justin and Rebecca wanted to postpone their wedding, but Kitty convinced them that it would be better for her to have something to look forward to and Rebecca wanted Kitty to be the matron of honor.
Justin’s lab partner at school was a sixteen year old boy genius.
