Ashton Kutcher wins The People’s Choice Award for favorite Web Celeb for his 1 million Twitter followers.  The actor challenged CNN to a “Race to a Million” on Twitter early this year and he won.  The contest was to raise money to send mosquito bed nets to a charity for World Malaria Day.  It also made Ashton the most popular celeb on the web.

The trailer for Valentine’s Day is here and it looks like all of Hollywood has a role in the movie. 

Directed by Garry Marshall, the film’s big ensemble cast includes Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner, Shirley MacLaine, Bradley Cooper, Ashton Kutcher, Topher Grace, Emma Roberts, Hector Elizondo, Bryce Robinson, Patrick Dempsey, Eric Dane, Carter Jenkins, Jamie Foxx and Queen Latifah.

Some of the scenes include:  Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner play the prom king and prom queen, Ashton Kutcher works at a florist, finds love and proposes to Jessica Alba, Bradley Cooper and Julia Roberts meet on an airplane, Emma Roberts tries to plan sex and Jennifer Garner and Jessica Biel participate in an anti-Valentines Day party.

 
It looks like a romantic comedy that is worth seeing – just to catch a glimpse of Hollywood!!

Mischa Barton, Corbin Bleu, SaraPaxton, Nico Tortorella and Ashley Madekwe along with executive producer Ashton Kutcher and his wife Demi Moore, headed to New York’s Meatpacking District to celebrate the upcoming premiere of “The Beautiful Life: TBL” on Wednesday (September 16).

The Beautiful Life, filmed in New York, is about models trying to make it in the cutthroat fashion world in NYC, may be all about the glamour, but one of the stars confessed that her life these days is about nothing but work.

“Oh my gosh! I mostly have been working my butt off,” Paxton, wearing a graffiti design minidress, told MTV News on the carpet. “I mean, our hours are insane. My call time on Monday is at 4 a.m. So I spend hours working — I have very little time to explore.”

I’m curious to watch this one – anyone else plan on watching it??

Director Tyler Perry, Ashton Kutcher and New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg were among the star-studded crowd that gathered in Times Square on Thursday to unveil the “I PARTICIPATE” initiative that calls on Americans to re-commit themselves to serving the country through volunteering.

EIF’s multi-year “I PARTICIPATE” will get support from all the major broadcast networks.  Its centerpiece this year is a week-long TV event running Oct. 19-25 that will see ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC as well as other networks putting the spotlight on the themes of service and volunteerism via popular scripted programs, special segments and PSAs.

Among the hit shows participating are “American Idol,” “Private Practice,” “Ugle Betty” and “The Good Wife.”

The initiative follows EIF’s “Stand Up to Cancer” event last year. Its PSAs feature such Hollywood stars as Gwyneth Paltrow and Matthew McConaughey.

Thursday’s kickoff also featured other big names from the entertainment world, such as Demi Moore, Randy Jackson, Tim Daly, Michelle Trachtenberg, Christine Baranski, Katie Couric, Fran Drescher, Kenneth Cole, plus more than 100 volunteers.

Ashton Kutcher has been getting busy on the set of Valentine’s Day, Tuesday playfully flirting with Jessica Alba while presenting her with a red tulip.  The other day, he was making out with Jennifer Garner.  I wonder if his wife, Demi Moore, gives him a hard time when he arrives home after a day of kissing, caressing, snuggling… oh I mean work.

Valentine’s Day is due out in February 2010, is about “intertwining couples and singles in Los Angeles breaking-up and making-up based on the pressures and expectations of Valentine’s Day.”

The film boasts a superstar cast of the who’s who in Hollywood including Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Taylor Swift, Bradley Cooper and Joe Jonas, just to name a few.

Jennifer Garner and Ashton Kutcher were spotted on the set of ‘Valentine’s Day’ sharing a moonlit kiss over the Venice Canals in LA.

Valentine’s Day is one movie that I CANNOT wait to see.   The star-studded cast is amazing.   The cast includes Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Taylor Swift, Taylor Lautner, Bradley Cooper, Eric Dane, Joe Jonas and many more celebrities.

It’s photos like this that make me wish I was an actress.   Since when is kissing Ashton Kutcher work??   I would like to apply for that job – they don’t even have to pay me:)

Wow!!  That had to be scary.

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore had a scare tonight when their airplane was forced to make an emergency landing in Las Vegas after the engine apparently overheated.

The two were flying to New York following the Las Vegas premiere of Kutcher’s latest movie, Spread, at the Palms Casino Resort.   Neither actor was injured.

Moments after the sudden landing, Kutcher reported the incident on Twitter, writing,

“My plane just had to do an emergency landing. Engine over heated. Fire engines everywhere good times.” He later posted an update saying he was “happy to be alive” and adding that he wanted to celebrate at the Turtle Bay Bar.

Moore also posted about the incident on her Twitter account.

“Yep it is always an adventure in Vegas emergency landing and all,” she wrote.
