Hugh Jackman picked up his adorable 4-year-old daughter Ava from school on Monday (Feb.22). 

The Australian actor has been in China recently working on his new film, the emotional drama, Snow Flower and The Secret Fan.  In the Wayne Wang directed film, Hugh portrays a nightclub owner.

Hugh Jackman with his wife Deborra-Lee Furness took a stroll with their daughter Ava Eliot, 4 in Greenich Village, NYC on Thursday (Feb. 4).  The Wolverine actor will be leaving the Big Apple for a while and heading to China.

Hugh has joined South Korean actress Jeon Ji-Hyun and Chinese actress Li Bingbing in the Wayne Wang directed, emotional drama, Snow Flower and The Secret Fan .

There is conflicting information about whether the actor will be playing the male lead or doing a cameo, in the English-language film.  This adaptation of Lisa See’s novel is about love between two women navigating strict cultural norms in the 19th century China.

Hugh Jackman and his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness attended the opening night of Arthur Miller’s A View From The Bridge on Broadway in NYC on Sunday (Jan. 24).

Liev Schreiber and Scarlett Johansson star in the revival of the Arthur Miller classic which will run for 14 weeks and is directed by Gregory Mosher.

In other news, Hugh Jackman will be starring in a futuristic drama about robot boxing titled Real Steel which is expected in theatres in Nov. 2011.

Hunky Hugh Jackman is in Rio de Janeiro where he is shooting a commerical for Lipton.

It’s not all work though – since when is kissing a beautiful woman considered work – for Hugh Jackman.  His family has joined him allowing for some time for some rest and relaxation on Grumari beach.

Hugh Jackman is just a kid at heart.  What a fun Dad!!

Cate Blanchett dropped off her children Dashiell John, Roman Robert, and Ignatius Martin at Hugh’s house for a play date with his children.

Leave it to Hugh to figure out a way to keep the kids occupied.   Jackman took the children to the West Side Park on the Hudson River in New York City to enjoy the New York snow.

Hugh Jackman with his wife Deborra-Lee Furness picked up their daughter Ava Eliot from her school in Soho in NYC on Wednesday (Dec. 16). 

The Wolverine actor met Deborra-Lee when they co-starred on the Australian series Correlli in 1995.  The couple married in February 1996.  They adopted two children, the adorable Ava, 4 and Oscar, 9.

Hugh Jackman was spotted maintaining his fabulous physique while on vacation in St. Bart’s on Saturday (December 12).

Jackman looked super sexy as he got out of the Caribbean ocean after an invigorating swim.

From there he worked on some flexibility and yoga moves on the beautiful Shell Beach as nearby paparazzi snapped up pics.

It has just been confirmed that Jackman’s movie, Real Steel, the robot boxing movie has been scheduled for release for November 2011.
