A trailer for the upcoming film Eat, Pray, Love starring, Julia Roberts, Billy Crudup, James Franco and Javier Bardem, has been released.  The film is based on the popular memoir of the same name by Elizabeth Gilbert.

Julia Roberts portrays a woman as she embarks on a year-long  journey of self-discovery following her divorce.  Her travels take her to Italy, India and Bali to find happiness. 

The movie is directed by Glee and Nip/Tuck mastermind Ryan Murphy.  It has an anticipated release date of August 13, 2010.  Enjoy the trailer and let us know what you think of it in the comments.

Julia Roberts was seen with her mother, Betty Lou and 2 1/2 year old son, Henry while picking up 5-year-old twins Hazel and Finn from school.  Roberts looked fabulous as always in jeans and a brown top.

In August, Julia will grace the big screen again in Eat, Pray, Love, the adaptation of Elizabeth Gilbert’s bestselling memoir about a woman who travels the globe after her divorce.  Roberts is said to be taking on another lead role with fellow actor, Tom Hanks.  Hanks is said to be writing, directing, and starring in Larry Crowne, a comedy with Julia Roberts about a man forced to reinvent himself and his career.   Hanks and Roberts previously teamed in 2007’s Charlie Wilson’s War.

Roberts is scheduled to be a presenter at the Golden Globes Awards on Sunday, January 17, 2010.   

Hollywood superstar Julia Roberts stays in great shape by taking a morning run, while listening to some tunes on her ipod near her Malibu mansion. 

The 42-year-old mother-of-three has recently returned from Indonesia where she was shooting the film ‘Eat, Pray, Love’.

Julia Roberts is in India shooting her upcoming film Eat, Pray, Love.

Roberts was dressed in a turquoise blue tunic and loose pajamas, the traditional clothes worn by millions of Indian women.   In the film, she plays the part of an American woman who leaves behind a troubled marriage and sets out on a journey of self-discovery.

Newspapers and television stations in India have been covering Roberts’ every move since she arrived in India accompanied by her three children. 

Roberts is said to have security officers guarding her every move.  Roberts is staying at a former palace converted into a heritage hotel.

There are still a few holidays before Valentine’s Day –when the star-studded movie of the same name comes out. There have been loads of photos of the filming and now we have a clip of the trailer.

For the first time Julia Roberts will share the screen with her 18-year-old niece, Emma.

Bradley Cooper plays Julia’s love interest who also happens to be gay.

Anne Hathaway, Jennifer Garner, Jamie Foxx, Patrick Dempsey, Eric Dane, Ashton Kutcher, Taylor Swift, Queen Latifah, Shirley MacLaine, Jessica Biel and George Lopez are all in it.

The photos were good and the trailer is laugh out loud funny – making me want to see the movie even more. What about you??

Julia Roberts is seen shooting a scene for her film, ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ with co-star Viola Davis. They were shooting in Manhattan on August 20th 2009.

Julia Roberts was seen in Tompkins Square Park in New York City on August 5th while filming “Eat, Pray, Love.”   Roberts was wearing the Sam Edelman Ginnie sandal.   The Ginnie sandal retails for $89 and is available in a variety of fun colors.

Julia is one busy lady.   Not only is she working on this movie, she’s also working on the movie, Valentine’s Day. Not to mention, the 3 kids and the husband.
