Have U Heard??

Adam Lambert gave it to a chatty fan at his iheartradio show Monday night (Feb. 15) at NYC’s PC Richard & Son Theater.  The 28-year-old performer, stopped mid-song and said,

“Can you get off your phone?! You’re yelling into it … wait, sorry, we’re going to start over.  Really?! Dominoes … we deliver!” He continued, “You’re not watching TV honey … it’s a live show.” 

He then started his performance of Whataya Want From Me? for a second time.  Watch the scolding in the video below.

Adam Lambert’s new music video, Whataya Want From Me, premiered on MTV and VH1 on Friday (Jan. 15).  The raw, emotional video shows a young man torn between his public and private life.  After the whirlwind year the singer has had, between catapulting into stardom and the controversy that has followed, the song really seems to come from his heart. 

Adam will be performing Whataya Want From Me on Oprah this Tuesday, Jan. 19.  In the meantime, check out the new video and let us know what ya think.

Adam Lambert performed live at the Times Square Stage on a Hollywood back lot for Gridlock 2009 New Year’s Eve Bash, hosted by Pamela Anderson. Unfortunately, the event was not televised, recorded or streamed, I guess do to his past controversial behavior. However, we have an interview with the 27-year-old superstar where he discusses, next season’s American Idol, plans for 2010 and his New Year’s resolution.

If you wanted to ring in the New Year with Adam Lambert, you better get to Los Angeles.  The 27-year-old singer will be performing live at the Times Square Stage on a Hollywood backlot for Gridlock 2009 New Year’s Eve, hosted by Pamela Anderson.  Unfortunately, the event will not be televised.  Adam tweeted with the news: 

“unfortunately Gridlocked NYE will NOT be filmed/televised/streamed. It’s a LIVE event only. Hope to see you there!!”

Adam Lambert visited Jay Leno Monday night (Dec. 21) and the two get into the hard hitting issues – like “plucking”.  The host and Adam begin talking about his work before American Idol and how some contestants aren’t working on singing careers before the show and how they are sort of plucked from obscurity by the show. While discussing this, the conversation takes a different turn and suddenly Lambert and Leno are talking about practicing “safe plucking” and Adam’s feelings on getting plucked or not. Some very funny innuendos in this clip …

Adam Lambert played MC at Saturday night’s (Dec.12) Y100 Jingle Ball concert held at the Bank Atlantic Center in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. 

The 27-year-old American Idol vet introduced acts including LMFAO (who gave him pink ‘Don’t Judge Me’ underwear), The Fray and Shakira to a pumped up crowd at the Jingle Ball.  Adam performed an acapella snippet of his single, ‘Whataya Want From Me’.

Later on Adam sent a tweet: “Jingle ball in Miami was great last night! Hung w JoJo and Jason Derulo at afterparty. Got some undies from LMFAO and saw my girl Brandy! Oh and got some love from Leighton Meester. Yes, Blair, poeple. I adore her. ”

Adam Lambert performed at Z100’s Jingle Ball 2009 in New York City last night, December 11, 2009.

The “American Idol” alum posed on the red carpet before heading inside for the night’s show featuring a lineup including top acts such as Taylor Swift, John Mayer, Miranda Cosgrove, Kesha and Justin Bieber.

As for Adam’s upcoming plans over the holiday season, he says,

“I don’t have any specific plans yet and am going to play it by ear.”  Lambert added, “I hope to spend it with the people I love: my friends and family. I will probably stay in L.A., though the spirit may move me to throw on the snow clothes and head to Big Bear, or maybe go down to Mexico.”
