Have U Heard??

The Black Eyed Peas gave a surprise performance in Times Square yesterday, March 10, 2010.

I happened to be in Manhattan yesterday and saw them setting up the stage. I didn’t get to stick around but from what I understand it was a great, quick performance.

All the big TV brands are promoting 3D, and Samsung tried to get some attention for its new line of 3D LED TVs by bringing the Black Eyed Peas to Times Square, and then filming their performance in 3D, using a crew headed by Avatar director James Cameron.

Cameron came up and said the concert was being filmed with the same kind of 3D cameras he had used to make Avatar.

The Black Eyed Peas performed their hits “Boom Boom Pow,” “Imma Bee,” and “I Gotta Feeling.”

Fergie and the Black Eyed Peas -made a ten minute video megamix of “Imma Be” and “Rocking That Body”!

In the video, Fergie and The Black Eyed Peas take on robots with ray guns. The video has awesome special effects. 

Will.i.am also loved the video. He tweeted,

Fergie and Josh Duhamel renewed their wedding vows in a private ceremony just outside of Santa Barbara.

What better way to celebrate your 1st anniversary then with your husband whisking you off by helicopter to tell you how much he loves you.

Fergie and Duhamel’s first weeding was in front of hundreds of guests in Malibu on Jan. 10, 2009 .  According to RadarOnline.com the couple wed again with just the two of them and a minister outside Santa Barbara, Calif.

“It was a total surprise for Fergie,” according to US.

Afterward, the couple had a romantic dinner at the resort’s upscale Miro eatery.

“They had the whole restaurant to themselves and left before the first customers came in,” a source tells RadarOnline.com

Following the meal, the couple left hand-in-hand to return to the helicopter and fly back to Los Angeles.

Fergie and Duhamel’s first year of marriage has not been without rumors and allegations.  Duhamel has been accused by a stripper of having an affair while he was shooting the comedy Life As We Know It in Atlanta, a claim both Fergie and Duhamel have denied.

Let’s hope the 2nd year of their marriage is a happier one and rumor free.

Fergie and Josh Duhamel have been part of the rumor mill lately but seem to be doing okay.  

The two were seen jogging the other day and Duhamel accompanied Fergie to the movie premiere of Nine.   Fergie dressed super sexy in  a tight black, cleavage-baring dress as she and Duhamel walked the red carpet last night, December 9, 2009 at the Los Angeles premiere of her new musical Nine.

This is the couple’s first major public appearance since an Atlanta stripper claimed she had a fling with Duhamel.  A fling that both Duhamel and Fergie have denied.

Fergie and Duhamel packed on the PDA at the premiere as they held hands as they strolled the carpet together and posed for photos.   Duhamel had his arm around her and kissed her on the top of the forehead twice.

Asked if he’s seen the musical yet, Duhamel told reporters, “No, this is my first time!”

Or at least her dress looks a bit on the dangerous side.

Fergie from The Black Eyed Peas may have looked beautiful at last night’s (December 2, 2009) Grammy Nominations but her dress should have come with a warning sign.   With spikes on the shoulder of her sequined dress, Fergie performed ‘I’ve Got a Feeling’ with the band.

The Black Eyed Peas had to work fast in the hours leading up to the Grammy Nominations Ceremony in Los Angeles after learning they had to open and close the show.

The group signed up to perform megahit ‘I Gotta Feeling’ at the beginning of the live telecast but didn’t realize they were expected to close the show with the track as well.

So hitmaker will.i.am spent much of Wednesday reworking the track to make sure the group had two versions to perform.

Will.i.am says,

“We had to work on the reprise for the end of the show – we only found out today.”

Fergie looked beautiful wearing a Giorgio Armani dress on the red carpet at the 2009 American Music Awards at L.A.’s Nokia Theatre on Sunday (November 22).

Fergie and fellow Black Eyed Peas took home the award for Favorite Pop/Rock Band, Duo or Group.

After being introduced by Nicole Kidman and Kate Hudson, Fergie and the Black Eyed Peas performed ‘Boom Boom Pow’ on the CMA’s!

Kristen Stewart was seen leaving Costes restaurant in Paris on Monday, November 9, 2009 with Fergie (Stacy Ferguson).

That is two people you wouldn’t expect to see together.  Kristen and Fergie’s husband, Josh Duhamel share the same publicist.  That must be how they met??

UPDATE:

It turns out the two bumped into each accidentally.  Kristen was dining with her New Moon castmates Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, but the guys left by 1:30 a.m. to return to their hotel. “Kristen stayed behind,” the eyewitness says, adding that she chatted with Fergie until about 2 a.m. when they left the hotel together, holding hands as they walked out. “[They] looked like they’d gotten on really well.”

So there you have it folks.  They look very chummy for two people who just met – I guess they’ll be hanging out together again.

 The vocalist for the hip hop/pop group the Black Eyed Peas, Fergie, was spotted with her husband Josh Duhamel and some friends leaving their house in Brentwood on Sunday.
Fergie has been getting in shape for her U.S. tour which starts in August.

 She says, “I dropped 17 pounds to prepare for our new tour. There’s no easy way to lose weight. You have to work out and eat less. At the moment I’m drinking Skinny Water. With a name like that it has to be good, right? Josh and I work out together.”
