Have U Heard??

Justin Timberlake has just landed the lead male role in Bad Teacher,  opposite his ex Cameron Diaz.  The couple dated for years before breaking-up in 2007.  Their history should make for interesting chemistry in the comedy that Jake Kasdan is directing for Columbia.

The movie tells the story of a foul-mouthed, gold-digging seventh-grade teacher (Cameron) who gets dumped and decides to go after a colleague’s boyfriend (Timberlake).

Molly Shannon and Eric Stonestreet  also are joining the cast, which includes Jason Segel, John Michael Higgins and Lucy Punch.

The 29-year-old actor has just wrapped up a co-starring role in Columbia’s Facebook biopic, The Social Network.

Bad Teacher will start shooting this month and will hit theatres in 2012.  Do you like the cast for this new film?  Do you think Cameron and Justin will rekindle the old flame?

Justin Timberlake was seen heading to work yesterday on the movie, ‘The Social Network’ in LA.

Timberlake may be working on a movie but but it’s his music that’s earning him praise these days. Timberlake just received three Grammy nominations for his work with Ciara and TI.

Justin is expected to present at next week’s Teen Nick HALO Awards, which celebrates young people who lead and help others.

Justin Timberlake and girlfriend, Jessica Biel were seen holding hands after hitting the Jay-Z  concert at L.A.’s Pauley Pavilion on Sunday (November 8).

Rihanna also made a guest appearance at the show, singing “Run This Town” and debuting her new song, “Hard.”

Justin and Rihanna worked together on Rihanna’s new album.  There were rumors that they were very close right around the same time the break-up rumors between Timberlake and Biel were floating around.   IF any of the rumors are true – this must have been extremly uncomfortable if they “bumped” into each other.

 Justin Timberlake got out his golfclubs over the weekend for the Shriners Hospital for Children Open, a charity golf tournament he is hosting in Las Vegas.

The festivities kicked off with a youth clinic and will continue all this week, culminating in a special fundraising concert at Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Events Center.  The concert will feature Timberlake, Ciara, Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift and TLC.

Singer Justin Timberlake walked down the red carpet for the 2009 Emmy Awards solo – without longtime girlfriend Jennifer Biel.

Timberlake won Outstanding Guest Actress and Actor in a Comedy Series at the 61st Annual Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards last week.   Timberlake made history by becoming the first “SNL” host to win an Emmy.

The Primetime Emmy Creative Arts Awards were handed out on Saturday, September 12 in Los Angeles.  The host of the event was Kathy Griffin.

 The remainder of the 61st Annual Primetime Emmy Awards will be presented on Sunday, September 20 in L.A., to be hosted by Neil Patrick Harris.

Among the awards bestowed were for Outstanding Guest Actor and Actress in a Drama Series and Comedy Series, which were presented to Michael J. Fox (Rescue Me), Ellen Burstyn (Law & Order: SVU), and Justin Timberlake and Tina Fey (Saturday Night Live).

Some of the attendees of the event included Selena Gomez, Ashley Tisdale, Samantha Harris, Jamie-Lynn Siegler and Lisa Edelstein.

Jessica Biel, 27,  & Justin Timberlake, 28, have been together for over two years, were seen this week in Runyon Canyon, Los Angeles taking their 3 dogs for a walk. 

Over the weekend, Jessica was working on her current project Valentine’s Day, filming scenes on the Los Angeles set. 

Justin, 28, the Grammy winning singer, is coming out with a perfume called ‘Play’ with Givenchy which he describes as “sensual”.  Sounds sexy!!

Justin Timberlake appeared on Saturday Night Live (SNL)  this weekend.  He mocked his music, his relationship with Britney Spears and performed an x-rated song-and-dance routine.  

Timberlake  made his third appearance on Saturday Night Live and performed a string of hilarious skits.   Timberlake was all over the show singing and acting in everything from current recurring sketches (in drag as “Peg,” he perked up Kristen Wiig’s wilting Target store bit) to musical numbers (playing keyboards during Ciara’s performance of “Sex Love Magic”), and reviving oldies (he and Jimmy Fallon popped up for a “Barry Gibb Talk Show” and Motherlover). One sketch had Timberlake, playing his own ancestor, cleverly foreshadowing the singer’s career.

“I dream of a day when my great-great-grandson will bring sexy back,” he said.

Justin Timberlake may just be ready for his own variety show.  He is a multi-talented force to be reckoned with – what do you think??
