Mariah Carey enjoyed a lunch date with her husband Nick Cannon in Bel Air on Sunday(Feb. 21).   The five-time Grammy Award winner and the 29-year-old rapper have been married since 2008.

Mariah’s official video for 100 Percent was taped on her concert tour in Toronto and was broadcasted for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. Enjoy the video below.

The Screen Actor’s Guild Awards (SAG) were held on Saturday night, Jan. 23, 2010 at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California.

Besides caring about who won the actual awards – fashion, fashion, fashion is what it was all about.

Sandra Bullock was a fashion hit, wearing a gorgeous Alexander McQueen gown as was Christina Applegate in a silver Roberto Cavalli gown.

Penelope Cruz and Tina Fey opted for less formal attire and wore a shorter gown (also known as a dress) to the event.

As for fashion misses – Meryl Streep’s patterned gown left a LOT to be desired. The gown looked more like curtains or a tablecloth than anything else. And what about Drew Barrymore’s gown – also not a favorite.

The jury (who is made up of me) is still out on Mariah Carey’s gown. Compared to her very revealing cleavage, popping gown she wore to the Golden Globe Award’s the red gown is a hit. In and of itself – you decide.

Mariah Carey wins The People’s Choice Award for favorite R&B artist. The singer had a difficult time getting on stage but was given a hand by her husband Nick Cannon. Cocktails weren’t the issue tonight, instead her beautiful tight fitting dress was giving her a hard time.

During her acceptance speech she thanked her fans;
 

Mariah Carey won an award for break out performer for the movie, Precious at the California, Palms Springs International Film Festival. 

During the speech Carey seemed a bit dazed and a lot confused.  Maybe Carey was just nervous??

Festival organizers claimed that the Grammy winning diva, whose glammed-down performance as a social worker in Precious won her Palm Springs’s breakthrough performance award, was slightly spaced-out because she was not used to speaking in front of her prestigious peers including Sean Penn, Morgan Freeman, Jeff Bridges, Clint Eastwood and Dame Helen Mirren according to People.com.

Mariah Carey is in Capri, Italy today (December 28).

Carey is in Italy attending the second day of the 14th Annual Capri Hollywood International Film Festival.  Mariah is to be presented with the best supporting actress for her performance in the movie Precious.

It’s not the only honor Carey will be picking up for her performance in Precious. She is also expected to receive the breakthrough performance prize at the 21st annual Palm Springs International Film Festival.

Mariah Carey and husband, Nick Cannon were a couple of angels on Halloween.   Carey and Cannon were a match made in heaven at their annual Halloween bash.  This year’s bash was held at M2 Ultra Lounge in New York City on Saturday (Oct. 31).  

Cannon had wanted to dress as Ike Turner but Mariah was struggling with it since she did not want to offend Tina Turner. 

 Other guests at the party included Rihanna, Ne-Yo, Ice-T and Coco.

Mariah Carey was seen arriving at the Narita International Airport in Japan.  

Just like in the US, Mariah Carey is super popular in Japan.  Carey arrived in Japan for the latest stop on her promotional tour of Asia in support of her new album ‘Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel’.   The first single from the album, “Obsessed,” is still floating just outside the Top 10 on the Billbaord Hot 100 after 14 weeks on the chart, and she just announced via Twitter that she has sold over 1 million copies of the single, which gives her a dozen for her career — more than any other female artist in history.

Mariah Carey and husband, Nick Cannon were seen at Mr.Chow’s dressed up and ready to go!!

It looks like they were celebrating something special since the couple were dressed to the nines and Cannon was sporting a corsage.

Carey was channeling her 1990’s look by wearing her hair curly.  It’s been a long time since we’ve seen Mariah wearing her hair super curly.

In other news,  Mariah Carey will pay “The Oprah Winfrey Show” a visit on September 18 – premiere week.  Mariah will perform new music from her upcoming album ‘Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel’ due in-stores on Tuesday, September 29.
