A pregnant, Gisele Bundchen was seen walking and chatting on her cell phone around Boston.

Gisele and her husband, Tom Brady were married in Costa Rica earlier this year.   The couple is being sued by two photographers who claim they were shot at by the couple’s bodyguards while attempting to sneakily snap some photos of the pair tying the knot.   The photographers are seeking $1 million in damages.

According to the photographers, they had received the proper clearance from owners of nearby property to stand where they were and take their pictures. But while they were happily snapping away, they were confronted by bodyguards and things turned bad quickly. 

The bodyguards allegedly shot at the photographer’s car when they tried to drive away.

Why are Gisele and Tom being sued instead of the photographers??  The photographers maintain that the couple was negligent in hiring people who had the power to “discharge firearms with intent to kill or wound.”

Gisele Bündchen is expecting and “ecstatic,” She is due early next year.

Speculation has grown since pictures showing Gisele in Brazil this week surfaced showing what seems to be a perceptible bump.    Bündchen and New England Patriots quarterback husband Tom Brady were married twice this Spring – first in a ceremony in Los Angeles Feb. 26, then exchanging vows before friends in early April at Bündchen’s Costa Rica home.

“Family is everything,” Bündchen, who turns 29 next month, told PEOPLE last month. “I think family is the base to everything. I think that is one of the things I’m most grateful for. I have a lot to be grateful for but I think that’s definitely number one.”

This is her first child; Brady has a son, John, with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

Another pregnancy rumor has emerged – but of course neither confirmed nor denied – as of yet.

According to RadarOnline, Gisele Bundchen who recently married, NFL quarterback Tom Brady is expecting their first child together.

Bundchen has reportedly told close friends that she is pregnant with their first child.  This would be Bundchen’s first. Brady has a child, 1-year-old John Edward Thomas Moynahan, from his previous relationship to actress Bridget Moynahan.

Bundchen and Brady had two ceremonies to celebrate their commitment.   The first took place in Los Angeles in February. The second ceremony took place in Costa Rica.

When I read “close friends” – my first thought is they can’t be THAT close if they’re spilling the beans.  What do you think – Fact or Fiction??
