Have U Heard??

Callie has become the go to woman for relationship advice, with Sloane and Bailey coming to her for advice. In her excitement she tells Arizona that she is ready for the house and kids. Arizona is ready for the house – not the kids. Will this be a deal breaker??

Sloane is trying to get back into the dating game to find a meaningful relationship – he is looking for a wife and kids. Sloane asks Teddy out and she assumes it’s for some “fun”. When Sloane tells her it’s for dinner and some conversation she says no. After going back and forth they decide on lunch. Mark is straight with Teddy and tells her he is looking for a meaningful relationship and is not willing to waste his time. Lexi is upset when she finds out that Mark is moving on. Grey’s Anatomy the ‘Perfect Little Accident’ begins with a not so perfect accident. Lexie plans a surprise for Alex by waiting for him, naked, in his bed. Her plan goes disastrously wrong when Derek walks in instead! Meredith warns her that Alex will only hurt her. Lexie assures her it’s just sex. Meredith knows that Lexie isn’t capable of having a ‘no feelings’ relationship and tells her, “Your heart lives in your vagina!”

Cristina tells Owen about an amazing surgery she did with Teddy.   Owen is surprised they’re really friends and Christina encourages him to be her friend.  After a successful surgery the next day, Owen asks Teddy out for a beer, but she tells him she has plans.  Girls night out, instigated by Arizona, who noticed Teddy pining over Owen. Richard was told that he was on probation but when he wants to return as “the chief” Derek tells him that he can come back as an attending surgeon but not as the chief. Richard quits, but not before Derek has Richard present at the restored hospital lectures. Callie and Bailey also present pivotal surgical cases from their pasts. 

The Chief speaks about meeting Dr. Ellis Grey and how your colleagues are the people you will learn the most from.  Richard and Ellis are put on probation after they ask a patient questions alluding to the fact that he may have AIDS.  The patient leaves the hospital but returns to apologize and asks Richard and Ellis for help. This week on Grey’s Anatomy, the doctors treat dozens of people when the roof of a romantic restaurant collapses on Valentine’s Day.

Lexi makes a splash with her new look – she dyed her hair blonde. Mark even makes a pass at her to his surprise and dismay.

Dr. Warren asked Bailey out on a date but Bailey rejects him. Arizona is doing her best to bring the two of them together but is unsuccessful – for now. Bailey confesses to Dr. Warren that she likes him and they plan to go on a date.

Sloane returns to Seattle. After receiving a sonogram Sloane tells Callie she is giving the baby up for adoption but swears her to secrecy. She doesn’t want Mark to know. Callie forces Sloane to tell Mark. Mark is super excited about the baby and offers to adopt the baby with Callie’s help. Read the rest of this entry »

Derek makes a big announcement at Seattle Grace – he has been appointed the new interim Chief.  Meanwhile, Richard is given a choice of early retirement without a pension or he can go to rehabilitation. Dr. Bailey convinces the chief to go to rehab.

Dr. Bailey is in the middle of performing surgery when the patient wakes up.  The patient wakes up traumatized and Dr.Bailey reams the anesthesiologist a new one.  The anesthesiologist looks into it and finds out that the patient absorbs the drugs too quickly and it wasn’t the hospitals fault.  Unfortunately, the patient needs another surgery and forbids Dr. Bailey to perform the surgery. Derek has always dreamed of being the Chief of Surgery….just not at the expense of Richard’s career.  It’s Derek’s first day on the job and he faces a lawsuit when a patient awakens from anesthesia during surgery.  Mark refuses to speak to Lexie.  Another must see episode.  Check out the clip below.

Tonight’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy, ‘I Like You So Much Better When You’re Naked’,  Izzie returns, hoping to reconcile with Alex.  She applied to a local hospital so she can stay in Seattle and repair her fractured relationship with him.  Izzie gets a clean bill of health and although Alex is thrilled he tells her to get lost,  he loves her too much to be treated the way she has treated him.

Cristina tells Teddy she can have Owen if she stays at Seattle Grace.  Cristina confesses that surgery is more important to her than anything else and Teddy can make her an amazing surgeon.  Owen is hurt by her admission but lets Cristina know that she will not get rid of him that easily.
